BrandCamp & Brand 2 Business Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to BrandCamp or becoming a member of Brand 2 Business (B2B), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Agreement
By attending BrandCamp or engaging with Brand 2 Business (B2B) programs, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally, and you acknowledge that B2B reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone at its discretion.
2. Event Participation (BrandCamp)

BrandCamp is a one-day immersive branding experience hosted by Criss Enterprises and powered by Brand 2 Business.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued, but tickets may be transferred with written notice at least 72 hours before the event.

Attendees must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise approved in writing by the event organizers.
3. Membership Terms (Brand 2 Business)

B2B membership access is tier-based. Each tier includes different benefits and content as described on our official website.

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected.

All sales are final. Cancellations may be made at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

Members must maintain respectful engagement in the community and abide by community guidelines.
4. Photography, Videography & Media Use
By participating in BrandCamp or B2B events:

You grant Brand 2 Business and its partners the irrevocable right to record, photograph, film, or capture your likeness in any media now available or developed in the future.

You authorize B2B to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote this content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across all media platforms.

You understand that all recordings and content captured at BrandCamp and B2B events are the sole property of Brand 2 Business.
5. Liability Waiver

You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in BrandCamp or B2B activities.

Brand 2 Business and its partners, sponsors, or affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to your personal property during events, workshops, or meetings.

We strongly advise attendees to leave valuables at home or keep them securely stored during the event.
6. Health & Safety Protocols

You agree to follow any health and safety rules communicated by B2B staff or venue representatives.

In the event of illness, emergency, or force majeure, BrandCamp or B2B programming may be rescheduled, modified, or canceled at the organizer’s discretion.
7. Code of Conduct

Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

Respectful collaboration and professionalism are expected of all participants, speakers, staff, and partners.
8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, courses, presentations, and digital content shared during BrandCamp or within the B2B membership are copyrighted and remain the property of Brand 2 Business.

You may not resell, distribute, or repurpose content without written permission.
9. Sponsorship & Third-Party Services

Sponsors or partners who provide services at BrandCamp or via B2B platforms are responsible for the delivery and quality of their own offerings.

Brand 2 Business does not assume liability for products or services rendered by third-party partners.
10. Contact and Communications

By registering for BrandCamp or joining B2B, you agree to receive emails and messages related to program updates, special offers, and event notifications.

You may opt out of non-essential communication at any time.
